Mr. Binod Doley is holding the post of Registrar, Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT) Bhopal from 31.08.2020. Before joining MANIT Bhopal, he was the first Registrar of National Institute of Technology Nagaland. He served as Regional Director in National Institute of Open Schooling, Deputy General Manager in EdCIL (India) Limited, Senior Research officer in Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA), Assistant Professor in National Institute of Disaster Management (NIDM) and also served at NDM Division, Ministry of Home Affairs, North Block, Govt of India, Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) & Indian Agriculture Research Institute (IARI).

Mr. Binod Doley obtained Master of Business Managment (MBA) in International Business and Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Remote Sensing.
